I identify as Non-Binary, will I be called by my preferred first name, or my legal first name?
I understand we would mainly be called by our surname but in the cases we aren't will I be called by my preferred name?

Hi, thanks for your question.
In formal situations you would generally be referred to by your rank and surname. In informal situations eg by your peers, you would normally be referred to by your preferred name.
