I have received my degree and I got a 2:2 in biomedical science, is there any route I can take to become an army doctor?

We have biomedical scientist job roles as an officer. Otherwise to become a doctor you would need to be registered with the GMC in that capacity to be able to join the Army as one.

To register with the GMC you need a medical degree. You can apply for the army either during or on completing your degree - if during, you may be able to get a bursary to help with funding.

I'm afraid you are unable to join in another role and then become a doctor without leaving, attending medical school and then reapplying.

This would be entirely up to yourself as to what you wish to do career wise it may be worth talking to universities first to see if they can transfer some units across from your previous degree but the only way to become a doctor is to be registered with GMC also look at the bursary scheme to see if you are entitled to it.
