Hello Christopher,
You don't need any previous experience to join as a Chef in the Royal Logistic Corps, you just need to meet the mandatory entry requirements. You can find out more about the entry requirements here: Army Entry Requirements
You can join the Regular Army as a Soldier up until your 36th birthday, so yes, you can still join at 25.
