I have GCSEs and IB. Can I do basic training and para reg training, then go to uni, and then join as an officer?
Can I do basic and para training, then go to university, and then join the army as an Officer? I have 10 GCSEs and the IB Diploma. I have an offer from Southampton Uni to study Aerospace Eng. Am keen to join the para reg as an officer. I would like to do the year of training before going to uni.

Hello. No, you can't join the army and then go to uni during service. You can go to Uni first, get a bursary from the army to help pay for it and then join the army after. If you join first you would only be able to study in you own time around work commitments. Thanks and if you have any other questions let me know.
