i have astigmatism my cly is 4.0 for the army you need 3.0 if i get this Lasik could i pass the medical?

We cant advise on personal medical issues what you want to do is entirely up to yourself.
Different job roles have different entry requirements so it may just be a case of looking into a different job role.
If not you would have to meet the minimum standard and still pass the rest of the medical before being allowed to join.
The medical team always have the final decision on weather someone can apply or not. There is an appeals process if you do not agree with the final decision.
