Our fitness requirements are on our website and they are The Mid-Thigh Pull, Medicine Ball Throw and the 2km run.
My advice to you would be to download the 100% Army Fit App on Android or Apple and this will show you how best to prepare and become the standard for fitness to join the Army.
You are not required to do press-ups or pull ups at the Selection Centre.
