the thing is my fitness isn't that great the thing that's putting me off going through is i can run the 1.5 miles in 14:34 and that's not fast enough i have been apart of the cadets so my knowledge is quite good
Hi there, you must hit the basic fitness test. To help with this you could get the (free) 100% Army Fit app. It's been developed as a traning and fitness tool and should really help you. Good luck, i'm sure you can do it.
