Mental health nurses have to be fully qualified in that subject with their own license, you can either apply as a student or already qualified mental health nurse. As this is a university level degree that must be achieved to be able to work in this environment then you may not be able to fast track, that would usually be up to the university to make that decision as to weather they recognise prior learning but the degree in mental health nursing must still be obtained.
