I was told that I had a 2 year bar on applying and rejoing the army however nothing much was explained to me after this and there is no info on my discharge forms/notes that gave me any idea, I haven't self harmed since it's been over a year now and have never done it before in my life prior
This would be up to the medical team to make that decision. However being told that you had a 2 year bar usually implies that you can reapply after those 2 years have lapsed. Providing there has been no further issues then this should go in your favour, however its always the medical team that has the final say.
