I had some long term health problems but have been in remission for nearly 2 years. I want to confirm I can actually get into the army before I get my citizenship (I have lived in England since I was 7 years old). Because it would be the only reason I do it. I want to go into the medical side of the Army.
Hi there,
That's wonderful to hear your health has improved. Unfortunately it will all depend on the health problem, the treatment you received and our medical team's assessment of what that means to your service. You won't know all of this until you have applied and our medical team get access to your records which I know is frustrating given your citizenship is only for this purpose.
