I am a female and I train 6 days a week while also holding a full-time job. My training consists of a combination of running, cycling, and weightlifting. I also include hill sprints/runs and intervals in my routine. Although I can run 2km in 11:30, I found the bleep test to be quite challenging.
Unfortunately we can't officially give you any specific training advice, but I would suggest that you're possibly over-training if you're doing 6 sessions a week and not seeing results.
If you haven't done already, I think you'd benefit from looking up SMART goals, cardio zones, and recovery.
We all hate failing but honestly we shouldn't, it's actually a really important part of personal growth.
I find aiming to beat my own PBs much more beneficial (and fun) than trying to aim for Army fitness standards.
Don't give up, you'll get there!
