Unfortunately you need the right grades before joining it would be a good idea to either talk to your local careers office or the NRC to check if equivalents can be used for example a functional skills in English or maths can often be used in lieu for GCSEs. This is not relevant for all jobs so would be important to check first.
You may be able to do certain subjects again later in your career but this is not a guaranteed pathway into the job role that you want. Your local careers office should discuss with you suitable alternatives for your current grades.
