I am wanting to join the paras next year. is there anny thing i will need to know or learn before i sing up.
if anny one could let me know i would appreciate it. as it would help me through my training.

Hello. Don't worry, everything you will need to know and learn will be given to you through the application process. Early in the process we will let you know all the stages in advance and at every stage you will be told what you need to do in order to pass the next stage. Right now, I would suggest doing some research into the Parachute regiment. 'The Paras: men at war' is a BBC series you can find on youtube that will give you an idea of what para training is like.
