Whilst there are many attached arms roles that typically you wouldn't associate with Combat. Every service person is trained as a Soldier first and foremost so anything is possible.
I'm a Logistic Specialist or the newly re branded Supply Chain Operator. Probably what you would affiliate with Warehouse operatives, that being said we are so much more and additionally roles like mine gain a substantial amount of Combat experience over the years, with tours such as Iraq and Afghanistan when we are required to get all that the "front line" Soldiers require.
We've been at Peace for around 11 years now. That being said, anything is possible and the expectation when joining the Army is that Combat role or not you, could find yourself in anywhere in the world which is a huge perk of this career.
The average UK Soldier gains more life experience in one year then what most UK adults gain in their entire life.
