Thanks for your question. Unfortunately you need to be a British or Irish citizen or come from a Commonwealth country to be eligible to join the British Army.

I m Romanian but I have been living in U.K for the last 6 years now, do I need to apply for British citizenship before I want to apply for SAS? Or is there any other chance to can apply? Thank you. Nicole.
