This is a question for your CoC. If you weren't given the "Golden Hello" prior or in Phase 1 training, i'd suggest that you may have missed this opportunity. That being said i'd encourage you to speak to your Clerks, failing that it could be worth reaching out to your previous Recruiter. If you have only recently completed Phase 1 that maybe able to steer you in the right direction.
