I am at the end of phase1 at catterick , the infantry is definitely not for me , is it possible to transfer out to RLC?

In the first instance (with this and any issues) you should approach your CoC, they will likely refer you to your RCMO.
In the meantime, do some research on the role within the RLC you wish to transfer to. Your interviewers will expect you to have a good knowledge of the Corps, the trade, and why you think it's the job for you.
