Dental nurses still do the same job working within a dental centre. The Army dental nurses still go on deployment as any other soldier would where you will be operating in remote environments to achieve the same job. How this works will be dependant on the unit that you are attached to you could be working withing remote environments or in places such as a field hospital to deliver dental care.
