Hi Callum, other than downloading the Army fit app I find the best way to improve on running is to get out and actually run, start of by getting your best time for 2Km this will give you a bench mark to go off. I would download the Strava app also as this helps monitor your runs

The only real way to help reduce your time, is to get out every other day!
Yeah I’m running every other day for an hour but haven’t timed myself yet
And remember that physicall fitness is aided in your overall approach to life, not just running regularly. Nutrition, sleep, stress, it all plays a part.
Okay - maybe complete a 2km timed run once or twice a week.
Timing yourself even if the times are a little embarassing to start with gives you a benchmark and makes it easier to track your progress
Running further than the 2km run will build your stamina.
Hi im anxcious about my 76 kg mid thigh pull whats the very best way to build that kind of sttrength sorry to be a pain
