How would people address me as a Veterinary Officer?

I will be a Veterinary Officer once this is all over, how would people address me? Would I be called 'Officer' or something else?

    Hi Holly,

When you join the Army you will be an officer cadet and will be called 'Cadet surname' or simply 'surname'.

Once you commission Veterinary Officers follow the same rank structure as other officers. Your rank when you join will depend on your clinical experience. Most vets that I commissioned with had the rank of Lt.

We don't tend to get called 'officer', we are either called by our rank and name, 'Ma'am' or 'Sir', or if talking to other officers of the same rank then we may use first names.
