How to choose between CMT and military doctor? Can a doctor help on the front lines or only in the hospital?
I don't know if I want to be a doctor or a soldier. However, now I am leaning towards medicine. I study in the medical class. I perfectly understand what the army and the line of fire mean, I'm not afraid. Therefore I can't decide whether I should become a CMT or a doctor.

Hello,
This depends on what type of doctor you wish to be. Most secondary care specialists will work in hospitals, but primary care doctors (GPs) and doctors who have not yet specialised (GDMOs) will work further forward than the hospitals - but the CMTs often go further forward than that (but so do some doctors depending on the situation).
If you have the choice I would encourage you to consider medicine, it offers more transferable skills than the basic CMT qualification - although some CMTs will train as paramedics during their career.
