How often do you get to go exercises or deployment in the Para Reg?

Would it be fair to say that on average the battalion will go on ex once a month? -

Throughout the year the training exercises will cover all aspects of soldering. that might be just a platoon training, doing low level skills and drills or company level and all the way up to battalion training exercise's. They will vary in time and location. you could be 2 weeks in Brecon beacons or six weeks overseas training.
