how often are northern irish infantry regiments deployed?

All Inf Regiments are deployed the same.
The cycle usually looks like a year of training, a year of Ops (only 6 month deployments) and a year off.
When I say off, its not off off, its busy. Filled with individual course, supporting other Army activities, Adventurous Training, ect. then it all started again.
