How much traveling can you expect working in the Royal Engineers?

Hi,
You can expect to travel all over the world as a Royal Engineer. In my nearly 15 years in the military as a serving Royal Engineer I have deployed on operations and exercises all over the the UK, Germany, Cyprus, Afghanistan, Turkey, Italy, France and Belgium.
As an armoured engineer you will likely be posted to either 22 or 26 Armoured Engineer Regiment which are both based down in Tidworth. Both of these regiments deploy often to Canada and Estonia as well as to places like the above.
