How much free time do inf or RAC officers get away from daytime duties? Evenings, weekends, etc.

Officers are held to the same working hours as the rest of us. the key phase is after duties.
that can vary day to day due to training, in camp duties or just having to work late to meet a deadline. the officers mess is also a large part of life as an officer so there maybe extra commitments there.
that said, once work is done, you will be free to head home like everyone else.
