how much does the kit weight, also how many hours do you do running.

    the weight of your kit will vary as per task/mission. a good guide is the RFT (the yearly fitness test).


    individuals will conduct a 4km march with 40kg in an hour, followed by a 2km run with 20kg in 13mins, and then a series of exercises with 15kg (webbing, body armour and helmet).


    this test is designed to mirror the phases of battle and the approximate weight.


    you wouldnt be expected to run for hours, unless training for a specific event.
