There is only a small percentage of females serving as infanteers currently, but this number is growing each year. There are lots of opportunities to serve with the Infantry as an 'attached arm' for example Medics, admin support, mechanics etc. There are a huge number of females supporting the Infantry and over time the number of female serving as Infantry soldiers will grow.
