Hi Mark, how long is the total recruitment process for officers (AOSB; AOMB incl) before they get to RMA SH?

Thanks for your question.
There are so many variables involved so cannot really specify. After AOSB depending on the outcome you could be joining RMAS anything from 3 to 9 months.
It’s probably best to go into you local Armed Forces Careers Centre and they’ll be able to assist you further.
They’ll know more on the subject.
