Hi there
Unfortunately we do not comment openly on the training our Special Forces undertake. That being said we have put some information on the Army websites that will give you more of an idea. The can be found at - https://jobs.army.mod.uk/roles/infantry/sas-reserve/?role=res and https://www.army.mod.uk/learn-and-explore/about-the-army/corps-regiments-and-units/uk-special-forces-reserve/21-23-special-air-service-sas/ There are contact details at the bottom of the second link to speak to the unit direct. They should be able to give you more information as they will have a strong grasp of what is secret and what is not.
I hope this helps.
Is SAS Reserve open to Commonwealth citizens?
Favour,
You need to be a serving member of the Armed Forces to apply for Special Forces (SF) selection, it isn't open to civilians.
Once serving, you can find out more about eligibility. As Robert said, we cannot openly comment on SF selection because it largely lays within "secret" or "sensitive" information space, and this platform is neither.
You can find lots of answers to frequently asked questions here: What are the Special Forces? | National Army Museum
