How long does it take to become infantry reserve, from applying to fully trained?

Hi there,
This will depend on many factors so there are no hard numbers but as a rough estimate from application to attesting two to four months depending on your fitness, access to your medical records and medical history.
One to two years as a reserve isn’t unusual to go from attesting to fully trained. This will depend again on when your training courses are being run and you are available etc.
