Hello Charlie,
As a Driver Air Despatch expect Initial Trade Training (Phase 2) to last at least 5 months, factoring driver training and the Basic Air Despatcher course.
As with all roles, the length of your Phase 2 will depend on factors like course availability and your personal development. For example, if there's no spaces on the next Basic Air Despatcher course, if you're unable to pass your driving test first time, or if you get injured, this could increase your time spent at Phase 2.
