    Im 15 now I will be joining the Recruitment Programe when I’m 16 Years of age for 2 years of traning prior to when I join the army to when I’m 18-19 years old I want to carry my legacy on for my grandad from him joining the Amr and a Corporal thrn joining the SAS which I want to be like him becuase he inspired me so much and I would love to join.

    The initial contract is for 12 years, of this a minimum of 4 years must be served.


    Like any other job, you'll be able to see your family unless you are in work, this includes training, exercises, and operations.


    You can start the application process from 15 years and 7 months.


    Basic Training teaches you lots of skills like fieldcraft, marksmanship, battlefield first aid, law of armed conflict, and drill, to name a few. There's a good video on the Army Jobs website, here: Soldier Training | Army Jobs
