You can commission as a Pte soldier depending on your school grades and how well you do in the army and get the recommendations to commission! This route you'd do the full commissioning course at Sandhurst and commission as a 2Lt. There's another route of Late Entry commissioning - where you have to get to minimum of Sgt (WO2 in certain Corps) but you would do a late entry course at Sandhurst (c.3wks) and you commission as a Capt.
