How long are you requires to serve in the army as a student nurse soldier post phase 2 and how often is promotion?

After phase 2 you will be required to do a minimum of 3 years maybe longer dependant on the contract that you sign as this may change year to year. You would start off at the rank of corporal and promotions will be dependant on personal performance and job spaces available for that rank. On average each promotion can take between 2-4 years but again this would be performance based.
