Ellie-louise P. asked a question to James S.
In what way?
If you mean applying for the job, easy.
If you mean fitting in at your regiment after training, it depends on the individual.
When you rock up, you'll be in the real world. People will judge you on your attitude, fitness and turn out having just arrived. Some people might play a joke on you, the classic "go and ask for a long wait" or "find some tartan paint". They are just seeing how you react.
The best thing to do is ensure your uniform is ironed, your boots are shinny, your happy to be there and are willing to learn and get stuck in.
