We now have a strong digital transfer process that enable the transfer between roles so from an admin perspective it is there as long as there are vacancies. The only negative is that for some roles they require extensive Phase 2 training so moving around a lot will mean returning to training and potentially promoting at a slower rate. However, I always advocate to people the idea of transferring roles if they are feeling unfulfilled or want a new challenge.
