How far in advance do you know when you’re deployed/have free time? Does this ever change last minute?
I was just wondering how far in advance you get told, when you’re working. When you get to be home etc. Would this ever change last minute? Or do you know far in advance?

This will vary if its planned you could be told anywhere between 3-8 months in advance sometimes longer. However there may be some last minute changes and may end up with just a few days in this instance you would normally know if to expect it or not.
