Choosing a role is done after the initial application process. This is done between yourself and your lead recruiter in your Interview/Career discussion.
If you are applying from a Commonwealth country then you will be able to apply direct from there as this was waivered in 2018. Having said that, it will limit the roles available to you without residency in the UK. The application process can be followed up via this link.
