Ivana B. asked a question to Greg H.
The Army try to prepare you as best as it can for high pressure situations, whether those situations be in a 'normal work' (ie office or garage) situation, in a warzone or dealing with something as a national response (ie flooding, COVID etc). From joining the army you are put in uncomfortable situations (whether it due to fatigue or physical pressure) or just situations to push and test your 'comfort zone' but all in controlled environments in the hope and belief that you become a stronger character both physically and mentally. Each individual is different and what someone believes is a high pressure environment (ie removing a massive spider from a shower) may not be someone elses pressure situation. The Army gives you some resilience preparation and throughout training you grow as a person but ultimately every individual and every situation is different so you will only know how you respond when that situation presents itself. I hope this helps.
