how do you know which role to go for nursing soldier or nursing officer?
i am a newly qualified nurse who graduated in august 2020 and specialise in cardiology within a coronary care unit. i want to work potentially into specialised field like I have previously done

I would recommend discussing your query with a member of the QARANC recruiting team, unfortunately there are no nurses on this platform at the moment who would be able to help.
I am not sure how possible it is to specialise (either as an officer or a soldier), as most nurses I know are in quite generalist roles, and I wouldn't want to give you the wrong information.
