I feel proud to be a female serving in the Army, I can confidently say that my career has been an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. The Army has provided me with countless opportunities to grow both personally and professionally, allowing me to challenge myself, develop resilience, and achieve things I never would have otherwise. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside diverse and talented individuals, building strong bonds and contributing to work that makes a real difference. The support, camaraderie, and respect I’ve experienced throughout my career have been unforgettable, and I’m proud to be part of an organisation that values the contributions of women and encourages us to thrive. To any new joiner, I’d say embrace the challenges, seize the opportunities, and know that you are part of a team that will support you.
