You can prepare by researching your chosen role (the Army main website and the Army Jobs website are good places to start). It could also be worth looking up some interview tips on platforms like YouTube.
You'll be asked questions about yourself, your experience, and the job you want. The purpose of the interview will be to make sure you know what you're applying for and that its the right decision for you. As long as you're open and honest, you won't have any problems.
There aren't any practice questions that I'm aware of.
