how do i lower my weight for the passing bmi and what is the passing bmi i am looking to lose about 8.8kg in 5 weeks

i weigh 107kg have been in a calorie deficit and working out hard to lose weight everyday looking to burn off at least 8,8kg to 10kg if i push extra hard i was wondering what is the passing kg i can get to realistically in a month and week and what other fitness requirements are there for juniors

    BMI is calculated by height, weight and body fat there are BMI calculators available online which will help you to calculate this. Its mostly height and weight that they go off so as long as those to are in proportion and above the minimum and below the maximum allowed then you would be able to carry on with the rest of the entry requirements.

    Please bear in mind that meeting the BMI requirements still does not gain you entry and the medical team still make the final decision in regards to your medical
