Hi George,
You would first join the Army in one of our engineer roles and then, during your Phase 2, volunteer yourself to undertake Parachute selection and place a preference to join 23. 23 do not have all the Royal Engineer trades within it as, for example, they are not an armoured engineer unit so won't have the Armoured Engineer role. But the vast majority are available and this can be discussed with your recruiter during the application process.
