Those are quite are broad questions, but to answer from my personal experience: The Army isn't too difficult, there are some days that are tougher than others, but you're always with a team of people who are there to help you and want you to succeed. The Army is inherently a pretty serious organisation, but that doesn't mean that everybody is serious all the time. You've got to have a good sense of humour and be willing to get involved with fun stuff like socials, sports, and adventurous training.
