How can I contact someone from the unit my email is not going through

You will need to phone the National Recruiting Centre on 0345 600 8080 as we can’t answer individual application questions, sorry.

I'm in Ghana and anytime I try to contact the centre via phone it doesn't go through. Please help!!! I'm very much interested in joining the Army!!!
