Carl K. asked a question to Deegan W.
Hi Carl,
Depending on your age it might be worth looking into MPCT. They are a Military Preparation College that essentially get people ready to join the Military. They do have an age cap which is different for every location so doing some research online might be a good start. They cover most military syllabus like drill, first aid, fieldcraft but have a 50/50 split where half of the working day is based around core fitness. Here is a link their prospectus that details all of this and more - https://comms.mpct.co.uk/view/490257057/14/
If this is not within your age range, another great place to start is the Army Jobs YouTube channel. There are loads of really useful videos that give you an idea of what happens during the assessment centre, basic training etc. Here is a link to one of the videos to help steer you in the right direction.
