I'm going to graduate in September with a bioveterinary science degree, and I have seen that the engineering officer says applicants should have a technical degree in science, which mine is, but I'm wondering what the best choice for me is.

Ultimately, this falls you personnel preference. What i think is a fantastic opportunity or the best part of the Army differs from person to person based of a variety of reasons; Family ties, location, battle honors, Trades etc
I'd encourage you to research via the Army website, You tube (Search Army Jobs) at the first instance to make a more informed decision that best suits you.
