Firstly, this is possible and I've seen first hand several colleagues over the years that have transferred over from both the Royal Navy and RAF in pursuit of a more exciting career within the British Army or indeed simply to broaden opportunities available to them that may be more limited in other services.
If you are currently serving, then i would encourage you to engage with your chain of command to discuss this as a potential change. As they would ultimately assist you on your journey. We are fortunate that being such a large organisation there lays a vast amount of opportunities in the ability to Re-trade/Transfer or indeed Re-join.
