Hi Robert, in response to your question in my discussion, it has been over a year since the appeal.

Matthew P. asked a question to Robert N.

I have tried numerous times to reapply but the option remains unavailable. The decision appears to be final despite being told the application was on hold. Is there any way I can overturn this decision? I have been medically and psychologically cleared by the appropriate professionals.

    Hi Matthew,

As more than a year has passed you should be able to continue with your application. As Graeme said you must continue with the ongoing application on the same email address. If you start a new application on a different email address you will have to go through the same process and I'd imagine you might even end up with another year deferral.

If you continue to have issues you should call your local Armed Forces Careers Centre. You can find you local office using this link - https://jobs.army.mod.uk/army-careers-centre-finder/

There will be a contact telephone number to call. This is where your application would be sent based on the postcode you used at the time of applying.

    Warm Regards,

    SSgt Rob Needham
